Using the website
You may browse, read and share PM Codex articles freely. You may not scrape, republish or re-sell PM Codex content without written permission. You may not use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages to our community or misrepresent yourself as affiliated with PM Codex.
Enrolment and access
Enrolment is fulfilled through our payments partner, Topmate. On successful payment you receive lifetime access to the course you purchased, subject to our refund policy. Access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared with others.
Intellectual property
All PM Codex course materials, videos, downloadable artifacts, templates and articles are © PM Codex 2024–2026. You retain full ownership of your own submissions and assignments. Portfolio-style project artifacts you build following our templates are yours to use on your resume, GitHub or Notion.
Liability
PM Codex programs are educational. We do not guarantee any specific job outcome, salary or admission. Career results depend on your work, background and market conditions. Read our review policy for how we present outcome claims.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms occasionally. Substantive changes are announced on the blog and to enrolled learners by email. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Delhi, India.
