Every article on PM Codex is written by a practitioner, edited for clarity by a senior editor, and stress-tested against real hiring outcomes in India before publication.

Who writes
Every PM Codex article is written by someone currently practising the craft in industry — a working Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner or product-adjacent lead. We do not use anonymous writers, ghost-writers or unattributed generative AI for full articles. AI is used only for outline exploration and grammar polish; every fact is human-verified.
How we edit
- Draft. The practitioner drafts the article with source links and citations.
- Editorial pass. A senior editor checks structure, accuracy, tone and headline clarity.
- Hiring reality check. A career mentor stress-tests any career or salary claim against outcomes we've seen in the past 12 months.
- Legal & compliance pass. Any income, salary or hiring statistic is sourced. Ranges, not points, wherever a point figure would be misleading.
- Publish and date. Every article carries a first-published date and a last-reviewed date.
Corrections and updates
If you find an error — a broken link, a stale statistic, an outdated framework — please write to admin@pmcodex.com. We fix substantive errors within 48 hours and update the last-reviewed date visibly on the article.
Sponsored content
PM Codex does not currently publish sponsored, paid or influencer-placed content. If that ever changes, sponsored posts will be labelled at the top of the article and excluded from ranked lists.
AI transparency
We use AI tools for research, outline drafting and grammar polish. Every published article is written and reviewed by a human, and any AI-assisted section is flagged in the article footer. We do not use AI to generate testimonials, reviews or citations.
