PM Codex ("we", "our", "us") runs pmcodex.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights over your data. Contact: admin@pmcodex.com.
1. What we collect
Contact info you give us — name, email, phone when you fill a form, book a call, or message us on WhatsApp.
Payment info — handled entirely by Topmate; we never store card details.
Usage data (with consent) — via Microsoft Clarity: anonymised page views, clicks, scroll behaviour, session recordings. IP is truncated by Clarity.
Essential cookies — session and consent state so the site works.
2. How we use it
Reply to your enquiries and deliver the programs you book.
Improve the site and content.
Send you occasional updates only if you subscribe or ask for them.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Legal basis (GDPR / DPDP)
Consent (analytics, marketing emails), contract (delivering booked services), and legitimate interest (basic site security).
4. Cookies
We use three categories:
Essential — always on. Store your consent choice for 12 months.
Analytics — Microsoft Clarity (only if you accept).
Marketing — none active today; reserved for future measurement (only if you accept).
5. Data retention
Contact records are kept for as long as you are a customer plus 3 years for tax and support. Analytics data is retained by Clarity for up to 13 months.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data — email admin@pmcodex.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Third-party services
Topmate — payments and bookings
Microsoft Clarity — anonymous analytics
WhatsApp — chat
Google Fonts — typography (no cookies set)
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site and our programs evolve. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and material changes stay highlighted on the site for at least 30 days so returning visitors notice them.
9. How we keep your data secure
All pages on pmcodex.com are served over HTTPS, so anything you send us is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry messages and booking records is limited to the people who need it to run PM Codex, and payment details never touch our systems — they are processed end to end by Topmate and its payment partners. Where we use third-party tools, we choose providers that publish their own security and privacy commitments, and we only pass them the minimum information the service needs to work.
10. Children’s privacy
Our courses, mentoring and mock interviews are designed for working professionals and university students. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, email admin@pmcodex.com and we will delete it promptly.
11. How to contact us
Questions about this privacy policy, your data, or a request to exercise your rights can be sent to admin@pmcodex.com or via WhatsApp. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise a complaint with your local data-protection authority; for users in India this is the Data Protection Board under the DPDP Act.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to buy with confidence. Because our programs are delivered digitally, the terms below explain when a payment can and cannot be refunded.
Self-paced courses & digital resources — Enrolment gives you immediate, lifetime access to downloadable material and video lessons, so all sales are final and fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. Please use the free previews and course outline, or talk to us on WhatsApp, before you enrol.
1:1 sessions (mentoring & mock interviews) — You can reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund; within 24 hours, or for a no-show, the fee is non-refundable.
Duplicate or failed payments — If you are charged twice, or money is debited for a failed payment, email admin@pmcodex.com and we will verify and return the extra amount within 5–7 business days.
How to request a refund — Email admin@pmcodex.com or message us on WhatsApp with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Topmate, our payments partner.
Certification Policy
When you complete a PM Codex course you receive a PM Codex Certificate of Completion, recognising that you finished the program and its assignments. Please read how our certification works.
The certificate is issued solely by PM Codex. PM Codex is a private training provider — it is not a university, and it is not affiliated with, accredited by, endorsed by, or recognised by any government body, statutory authority or regulatory board.
It is a certificate of completion, not a degree, diploma, licence or government-recognised qualification. It does not guarantee employment, a job offer, or any particular salary outcome.
Certificates are issued in the name you provide at enrolment, so please make sure your name is correct before your certificate is generated.
