How we work
- Remote-first. Team is spread across India and beyond; we meet monthly online.
- Async by default. Loom, Notion and WhatsApp for most work; live calls when necessary.
- Ownership over hours. No timesheets. What you shipped this month is the only metric.
- Practitioners teach. If you write a chapter, you also mentor the learners going through it.
