How we handle reviews, ratings and proof.
PM Codex only publishes reviews that we can attribute, verify and link to a real learner. This page explains how.

Where reviews live
Learner reviews are collected and displayed on our public Topmate profile. Anyone who has purchased a program or booked a session with us can leave a rating on Topmate; we cannot edit or delete individual ratings.
Testimonials shown on this website are pulled from that pool. We select representative reviews across roles, cities and program types, but we do not cherry-pick to exclude negative feedback.
What we do not do
- We do not incentivise reviews. No discount, credit or gift is offered in exchange for a rating.
- We do not delete negative reviews. If a review is factually wrong we ask the reviewer to update it; we never mute it.
- We do not fabricate testimonials, names or outcomes.
- We do not repost testimonials without the reviewer's permission on any long-form marketing material.
Dispute a review
Learners who want their review removed can email admin@pmcodex.com from the address they enrolled with. We remove it from all PM Codex properties within 5 business days.
